Welcome to Victory Farm Kitchen, a family-run Manx farm located on a windswept corner of the Isle of Man. Here, traditional farmhouse values, small-batch production and time-honoured recipes shape everything we make.

Handmade Chocolate & Traditional Manx Sweets

Our Manx Land Girls create all of our handmade chocolate, Manx Crumble and novelty sweets using recipes passed down through generations of Isle of Man kitchens.

Manx Crumble is our signature sweet. Rich, buttery and comforting, it is inspired by Scottish tablet and made using Aunt Mona Kissack’s treasured Manx recipe, delivering a true taste of Isle of Man heritage.

​

We also produce a Manx take on Kendal-style mint, offering clean, refreshing minty flavour with an island twist. Every batch of handmade chocolate and artisan sweets is produced in small quantities to ensure quality, flavour and authenticity.
